This walk is the shortest walk to North Era Beach and starts from the Garie car park. Both beaches are popular surfing beaches and have either camping or basic hostel accommodation. This makes the walk between the beaches an excellent way to transport boards and supplies to your surf retreat, weekend getaway or just a nice stroll during the day. Current Park Closure information for Royal National Park Closure information last checked Sunday 5th of July 2009 12:00 AM Closed areasThe Roads and Traffic Authority will be undertaking major road repair and resealing works within Royal National Park during May 2009. The following full road closures will be in place Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm:
