Largely servicetrail this track follows the Pipeline from Heathcote out to the Goanna Track which is a nice but short bushtrack with some good views down over Heathcote Creek. Be sure to go down to Lake Eckerley as this is probably the prettiest spot on the walk. If wanting to break there are some good spots when the trail goes down to waterlevel, with good views and picnic tables.

Going between Heathcote and Waterfall Railway Stations this walk experiences many of the variety of different environments and bushtracks that Heathcote National Park has to offer. From ridge tops to creek walking this is a great way to enjoy a day with a perfect spot to break at the Heathcote Campsite. If the waters deep enough, also allow enough time to go for a swim in Heathcote Creek.

A circuit around Lake Talooma largely upon servicetrails this walk has few views of the Lake. That does not mean that it is totally disappointing as the views from the western ridgetop are as good as any that Heathcote National Park has to offer.

Going from train station to train station this walk is easly accessed and enjoyable for those looking for a good days walking, sampling a large portion of what one of Sydney's southern national parks has to offer. Although relatively close to the start of the walk, Heathcote Campground, next to Heathcote Creek is a great spot to break and enjoy the park.
