General Information
There is a long walk into this campsite
There are a total of 2 campsites
This is a very small campsite. A basic clearing near the shore of Lake Eckersley. There are no facilities and probably only room for two tents. This is the quites and most peaceful of the campsites in Heathcote National Park. The shady area is on the bank of the Woronora River and is only accessed by foot. Water from the lake needs to be treated before use, or campers need to carry in drinking water. A small sandy beach provides access to the water for swimming. The site needs to be booked and paid for before use.
