Beautifully preserved Australian coastal bushland this walk goes through a thin strip of bush between the houses of Vaucluse and the coast. Great views of the city, especially from Strictland House (a great place to break). Bush regeneration in the area in the past five years has allowed this to become some of the nicest bush in the inner Sydney region. This is especially so in the section between Strictland House and Nielson Park.

While it can hardly be called a bushwalk this is one of Sydney's many fantastic coastal walks. The point of South Head has over time developed a detailed history so on the day make sure you spare the time to wander from one information sign to the next. The views from the footbridge between Dudley Page Reserve and Diamond Reserve also deserve time to appreciate.
